my 'Submit' section isn't working...

when I go to submit art, the box that lets me upload photos isn't even there. it's just a blank space. also, it won't let me choose a type of art. I hit "Choose" and nothing happens. it's been going on for two days now, and I don't wanna get too far behind on my 365 challenge.
any ideas as to what could be happening?
PS: lol this mood is funny.

My old computer died and with it, I lost photoshop. I can't open any of my graphic design artwork that I wanted to submit, and I can't edit any of my photos at all (editing to me, is an artist's final touch to photography). So, I really haven't even felt like getting on.
That being said, I have 716 deviations to go through xD
